I understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend your tour. If this happens please let me know as soon as possible, the quickest way to do this is to call me personally on 07816 878 082. Wherever possible I will look to rearrange your tour. If you need to cancel without rebooking then you must provide 24 hours notice (from the start time of your tour) to received a full refund (minus booking/transaction fees). Cancellations with less than 24 hours (from the start time of your tour) will be subject to 100% of the booked tour price.

If you are running late or experience delays that may impact the start time of your tour, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. The quickest way to do this is to call me on my mobile 07816 878 082. I will aim to be as flexible as I can, however if you are more than 15 mins late you may be charged for the full tour, however I would much prefer to rebook instead of cancelling.

Wherever I can I aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you realise once you have booked your tour that you would prefer a longer tour then get in touch. The quickest way to do this is to call me on my mobile 07816 878 082. I am happy to amend bookings if my calendar has availability.

Often people enjoy their tour so much they do not want it to end, sometimes it doesn't have to. If while on your tour you would like to extend please let me know and I can try to accommodate an extended tour, often tailored to your needs. This will of course be charged at a pro-rata rate.
